ZVM: our bug/problem reporting system

If you're having problems with our Web-based ordering system, we strongly recommend that you report them.

You can report a bug or problem by clicking the button below. If you leave your e-mail address (you don't have to) we'll reply promptly and do our best to help you.

Here are some changes that have been made recently:

Update or fix Shipping costs are now calculated using a combination of the destination country and the order value. For large order values, the shipping cost will be quoted before your card is charged.

If you have an account with us, we can now invoice it.
Check the "I have an account: please invoice me" box when asked to enter your card details.
Pre-agreed discount prices are not shown in the shopping basket but will be charged at point of despatch.
